Condition guide

Know exactly what you're getting.

Every bike gets one condition before it's listed. The condition is a promise: the photos show every mark it allows, and the km and battery health are read off the bike itself.

How we check every bike

  1. Odometer and battery health read and photographed.

  2. Full inspection: frame, brakes, drivetrain, electrical.

  3. Every mark photographed and listed in 'What's wrong with it'.

  4. Condition assigned. When in doubt, we grade down.

If it's not as described, we make it right.
