Shipping policy
Shipping policy
All sales are final. Every bike on eBikeLiquidators.ca is sold as described in its listing, including auction wins and Buy it now purchases. We don’t accept returns or exchanges, so please read the condition, specs and photos carefully before you bid or buy. If your bike arrives damaged in shipping, see “Shipping damage” below.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in Canada only. We don’t offer pickup, and bikes can’t be collected from our service centres.
Shipping cost
- Free shipping across Canada on orders over $1,000 CAD. Exclusions apply to some remote locations in PEI, YT, NT, NU and NL.
- Orders under $1,000 CAD: a flat fee of up to $45 CAD, depending on your order total and location.
- PEI, YT, NT, NU and NL: a discounted flat fee applies to bikes.
- Palletized freight orders are subject to additional fees.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
When your bike ships
- Auction wins ship once payment is received. You have 48 hours after the auction ends to pay, or the bike goes to the next highest bidder.
- Buy it now orders usually ship within 3–5 business days.
- You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking at the email address on your order once it ships.
How we ship
- We ship with FedEx or another parcel or freight carrier.
- We don’t ship to PO boxes or APO addresses.
- All bike and battery shipments require a signature, so the bike isn’t left outside your door.
- Bikes arrive mostly assembled. You’ll attach the pedals and front wheel, and we include a setup guide.
Your address
- Make sure the shipping address on your order is correct. If a shipment is lost, damaged or returned because of a wrong address, you’re responsible for all shipping and related costs.
- Changes after your bike ships (a new address, holding the order, or changing delivery preferences) may delay delivery and may cost extra.
Tracking and delivery
- Once your bike leaves our facility, please track the shipment and arrange delivery or redelivery with the carrier directly.
- Some carriers don’t offer scheduled or custom delivery times, and we can’t arrange these for you.
- If tracking shows “Out for delivery” but the bike doesn’t arrive, contact the carrier first.
- A shipment is only considered lost once the carrier declares it lost.
- We aren’t responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged because of the carrier’s actions or inaction. We will help you file a claim with them.
Failed or refused deliveries
- If delivery fails, you’re responsible for collecting the bike from the carrier’s depot or pickup point at your own cost.
- If you refuse a shipment, or it’s returned to us for any reason, you’re responsible for shipping costs both ways.
Shipping damage
- Report any shipping damage to eBikeLiquidators.ca within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the box and the bike before you unpack further.
- We’ll investigate with the carrier. Each bike is one of a kind, so depending on the outcome we’ll arrange a repair at one of our authorized service centres, a partial refund, or a full refund.
- Damage reported after 48 hours can’t be covered.
- Damage that’s listed or photographed in the bike’s listing isn’t shipping damage.
